Predator Control Products Protecting your fish from their natural predators is a very hard thing to do. There are many predators out there like blue herons, king fishers, raccoons, otters, hawks and even snakes. There are ways to build a pond that makes it harder for these predators to go fishing but if yours isn't "predator proof" you can do some things to protect your fish. Netting the pond will foil many a predator's chances. Some have success with blue heron decoys while some depend on action-controlled water sprayers. We have the netting and other protection items most commonly used and information about the predators themselves.
