Pond Doc's Gift Certificates put an end to your search for the perfect gift for the pond / garden enthusiast. Available in any amount, you can order denominations of $25, $50 and $100 "Doc Dollars" online right now or give me a call at (404) 375-9600 (or contact me using our handy Ask the Pond Doc Question Submission Form) for another amount.
Gift Certificates may be used for online purchases at PondDoc.com, Peggy's Personalized Products or Pond Doc's Home & Garden. We can either mail the certificates to the gift recipient or email the certificate so they can go shopping as soon as we can process the order!
Doc Dollars may be used to pay any order online at PondDoc.com, Peggy's Personalized Products or Pond Doc's Home & Garden and includes shipping and handling charges and sales tax when applicable. They are not transferable once assigned and cannot be turned in for cash. If the total purchase amount is less than the amount of the gift certificate a credit will exist on the certificate number until used by the original recipient of the gift certificate only. The recipient is responsible for paying any purchase amount over the certificate amount.
Use the handy shopping cart provided. When you go to check out you may increase the amount of each denomination you wish to purchase. If you want another amount that can't be ordered through the cart please call me at (404) 375-9600 or contact me using our Ask the Pond Doc Question Submission Form. VERY IMPORTANT: In the special instructions area of your order form be specific about the recipient. We'll need to know his/her name, address, email address (if sending an online certificate) and any particulars you wish to add such as signed, "Love, Sis", etc. Don't worry if you don't do it exactly right. We'll give you a call or email you if we need further information.
How to Redeem Doc Dollars Online:
Order whatever item you wish then check out through the shopping cart as you normally would. In the special instructions portion of the order form note that you are paying with Doc Dollars and give us the number on the certificate. Our shopping cart software will not permit any order to be placed without a valid credit card number on the form. That information will not be used if the amount of the purchase is the same as or less than the amount of the gift certificate. If you prefer not to give us your credit card information in order to take advantage of your gift certificate (which is understandable) feel free to either give us a call at (404) 375-9600 and place your order over the phone or use our Ask the Pond Doc Question Submission Form to contact me and give me the exact details we need to process your order.
VERY IMPORTANT: If the amount of purchase is more than the amount of the gift certificate the recipient is responsible for payment of the total amount over the balance on the gift certificate and recipient's credit card will be charged for the amount of the overage.
